THE WORKFLOW
Start with your format. End with organized images and the metadata you need.
01 / PARSING TEMPLATES
Use the Adobe Stock preset or save a custom template. Add only the sections you need, test a sample, and set the template as default.
BEYOND ONE FIXED TEMPLATE
A project might need a title and keywords. Another might need tags, a description or a license. Define those sections once, then reuse the template.
Select only the columns you want in the CSV. Custom sections do not automatically become export columns.
Try the examples. These controls illustrate the desktop app.

Mark completed assets as uploaded. Review or export one batch without mixing it with every previous upload.
Export or import prompts, parsing templates and preferences. Export images and TXT metadata separately.
Switch light and dark modes, choose a soft accent, resize your lists and use one of eight interface languages.
GOOD TO KNOW

It records the attached assets as completed and moves them into a separate history batch. Uploading to your stock platform or other destination is a separate step.
It copies one pending asset’s selected field and waits for its downloaded image. After attachment, it starts the next asset in the current list order. You still paste into your image tool, generate and download each image.
